KICKFIT
Kickboxing Fitness consists of Martial Arts & Kickboxing fitness classes, incorporating a mixture of Thai Boxing, American Kickboxing, and Western Boxing techniques and cross-fit. Tone and/or build muscle and core strength, and learn kickboxing techniques. Kickfit involves isometric exercises, plyometrics, cardio, strength training, stretching, and several other total body fitness regimens to mold you into optimal shape.

Adult Self-Defense: Close Quarters Combat
CQC Self-Defense is the study of real-world, practical self-defense techniques and philosophy. Different from MMA or other sport-fighting disciplines, CQC utilizes street tactics--no rules, vital area striking. Much of CQC is a mix of techniques, adapted from Krav Maga, American Military Tactics, Hapkido, Jeet Kun Do, Ninjutsu, and Law Enforcement training.

Muay Thai Kickboxing & Boxing
One of the most practical forms of kickboxing, Thai boxing or Muay Thai, originates from Thailand and incorporates hands, feet, elbows, and knee strikes. A great workout and very practical for self-defense, AMMS Muay Thai school is one of the best kickboxing programs around.

Ground Fighting: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Judo
BJJ or Submission Wrestling is the study of ground fighting, utilizing joint locks, choke holds, take-downs, and other submission fighting techniques. Especially useful for practitioners who are smaller or weaker than their opponents, BJJ is not only a fantastic way to stay in shape, but also an extremely effective form of self-defense.
